Speaking of Ketosis - I have a question for ya all. My Ketostix are DARK Purple which is a sign I am way in Ketosis which is a good thing, right? This means I am doing the diet correctly? Yes? There are moments - like now -that I actually feel full and wonder if feeling full and sated means I did something wrong! I feel guilty for not being hungry and feelig full! Anway, just checking to see if this dark is good .........

Are you drinking plenty of water? If so there is probably no problem! You just may be one of the people who see a dark colour on the ketosticks. I never even saw a colour change of any kind even when I was losing weight at a fast rate so stopped using them!!
It is odd to be trying to lose weight and NOT feel hungry and deprived, isnt it. but with Atkins we dont have to be hungry, so enjoy the ride.
As long as you are not eating just because you have food on your plate or carbs left in your 'budget' of 20 net carbs you are following the plan.
It sometimes takes our body a while to recognise the signs of being full and we eat too much at first, so if you really feel overfull after eating, try to put maybe 1/2 or 2/3 of your usual portion on the plate the next meal and wait say 20 minutes to see if that satisfies your hunger to teach your body to know what is enough food to satisfy your hunger.
