What brands are safe to use???? I read somewhere that Kielbasa Sausage is o.k. to use during induction. Is this ture?

I am lucky enough to have a butcher that makes his own sausage mets brats and bacon, when I asked if there was sugar in any of it he said there wasnt. I took his word for it, I sure hope he didnt pull my leg.
