I can't believe that today hast gotten here so fast. So I hop on the scale and in my 14 days I have lost 12 pounds this is great! I am very very happy. I am going to make my induction a bit longer though. I just want to say for those of you out here don't give Up you can Do it. Heck I never thought I would and I sure have

thank you both for the posts. It's crazy how the time flys. For the newbies out there You can do it I was you once reading the posts thinking to my self can I really do this will it really work. It has for me and I am sure if will for you. Might lose less or more weight then I did though lol.

I am on day 5 right now and going strong.....I will probably stay on induction for longer than 14 days as well.....just to be safe....we will see when I get there
