    WooHoo Day 3

    I made it to day 3!! I woke up with a sinus headache and sore throat. It feels like someone filled my sinuses with concrete. Other than that, I feel ok. Oh, and in Buffalo its snowing, blah........
    I hope all the other inducties are doing good. Have a nice day
    I was a paramedic for 10 years. Severe lung disease and prednisone left me 200 lbs overweight!!

      Man, I bet you can burn some calories shovelling snow!

      Keep up the positive focus Bob, by the time summer rolls around and the snow is gone in Buffalo you will look like a completely different person.

        I am in SC, yah!! no snow here! I am definately not big on snow, I have family up north and they know I wont come see them till its spring or summer. lol

        I got a real nasty sinus infection and cold last week and broke down and took some meds. I still burned purple on my ketosis stix. So definately take care your health.
