I started Atkins last Wednesday, the 11th. My starting weight was 165. I did Atkins years ago and lost about 40 pounds, 190 down to 150 (although I did have a short period of time I was about 8 pounds lighter than but that lasted about a week!!) Now I am back up to 165 and I feel like poo.
My weight fluctuation a lot but 150 is always my "good weigh". I want to get to 135-140 but I am comfortable at 147/148.
My mini goal is to be at 158.5 by Memorial Day Weekend, that would mean I would have to lose 1 pound a week. I know it's doable!
So anyway, I just wanted to drop in to say hi.
