    Need help with menu!!

    Can someone help me with a menu....actually I need suggestions on how I can get my numbers in order....I've worked with it until I'm dizzy....
    right now my numbers are at 72% fat/4% carbs /24% protein
    I need to get the fat down and protein up.....suggestions??
