    Hey! I'm new here. I'm starting day 2. I hope this will help me. In my intr. I for got to add some stats. I'll do that in the end of this. I'm excited about getting replys so if you have the time,please do so. Like I said before in my intro, I need a cheering section and I like cheering. One question...Is V8 juice o.k.? If not,I won't get any.

      Read all the stickeys at the top of this forum. You want to avoid overprocessed food as much as possible and most of the canned veggies and fruit juices give our blood a harmful rise and fall. Atkineers focus on eating foods that keep us on an even keel. Do eat your veggies through, 3 delicous fresh cups of them.

      Good luck - take care - hold your induction safe foods list close to your heart. Eat, eat, eat, be merry and full.

        They are right, Dr Atkins told us to eat our veggies, not drink them
        From the section 'How (and when) to eat your vegetables' in Chapter 8 of DANDR
        4. Don't drink your vegetables. Juicing removes the fiber, which has the double merit of helping you feel full and maintaining a healthy digestive system. Juices also concentrate the sugars from vegetables, increasing the risk that they'll spike your blood sugar.
