    Hi all... I was reading thru some fo the threads and came across a link for recepies and It had some listed for induction...Any one know if these are really okay... the look really good and would love to be able to use them if they are

    Linda's site is one of my favorite recipe sites (and probably most board members as well). Totally OK to use the induction recipes you find there.

          Linda is tops! Her recipes are fantastic. You'll be fine doing the ones marked with an asterisk in induction!

            And a tip for when you are looking at recipes anywhere - look at the ingredients in the recipe and compare them with the list of foods allowed for whatever stage of Atkins you are on to help you decide whether a dish is suitable for you.

            The same thing is advisable when you are considering buying processed food items too.

                My current favorite from there is the Spanish "Rice" and Beef casserole. Yummy!
