Can you have full-fat Ranch on Induction? I have an older book, and I just don't see it, but around here it seems like I can? Let me know, because I love me some ranch salads!
"You have to stay in shape. My grandmother, she started walking five miles a day when she was 60. She's 97 today and we don't know where the heck she is." - Ellen Degeneres
Ranch dressing and blue cheese dressings are the best! Hidden Valley Ranch has one carb. Make sure you check the carbs on the blue cheese dressing -some have hidden sugars and taste really sweet!

i have a new version of the book (yuck), and mine says you can have salad dressing that is 2g of carbs or under, i believe.....i am not sure if it is the same in the old book or not...
Prepared salad dressings without added sugar and no more than two carbs per tablespoon serving are also fine
However most commercial dressings do have added sugar so if you are going to buy them look for those with any sugar right at the end of the list of ingredients.
There are many recipes around to make your own dressings where if you want them sweetened you can use a legal sweetener instead.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies? Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
