In a word - don't bother. (ok two words).

They are the single most common reason for stalls on this diet. They really arent worth eating.

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Ditto what Rich said. The bars stall ever so many people!

The Atkins bars contain ingredients not allowed on induction so should be left till you reach the relevant rung of Ongoing Weight Loss phase (OWL) for all its ingredients.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Ellizellen, you look great before and after. I would have said the older person is your older sister and you being the younger sister. You look amazing and great!

I really wish that the Atkins name could be taken off those products since they really have nothing to do with the program. They are not allowed on induction, but after that you will have to make your own choices if they are something you want to include. They stall a lot of people and generally they are thought of as a 'Frankenfood'. I have on occasion had a shake when I have been pressured for time and I need to eat something. They may have stalled me, but its hard to tell since my weight loss is a turtles journey. But as a general rule they are really something that should be avoided.
