  • soy milk?

Would a 1/2 cup of soy milk be okay to drink to take medicine in the morning? I am not asking for myself, but for my dad. He takes medicine that has to be taken with food or with milk first thing in the morning and has been drinking soy milk to take it. He is like me in the sense that he cannot eat first thing when he wakes up as it is nauseating. He is wanting to do atkins again so I thought I would ask.

Not for induction - soy milk can be reintroduced on the 'legumes' rung of OWL.

Cream IS allowed though - I dont drink any kind of milk but wonder whether cream made more liquid by adding water would do instead?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

I've never tried that but I noticed in someone else's journal that they did just that... took a couple tablespoons of cream and added water to make a milk-like drink. Bet if you used ice cold water it wouldn't be too bad.
