it's okay as long as there are no sugars or dextrose or anything like that listed in the ingredients.
Crystal Light is made w/ aspertame and some of us have a hard time with it, others do not. There is a lot of info on the net about the dangers of aspertame as well. I know a few of the store brands of the crystal light singles are made w/ Splenda if you do not prefer aspertame.
Also remember, the crystal light in water does not count towards your daily water allotment.

Jimmy Dean does have fillers in it -- at least they did the last time I checked. Farmland Pork Sausages are however acceptable -- they don't have the fillers Jimmy Dean Sausages do.

Take a look at the ingredients (list them here if you like) and if there is anything other than meat and spices look at those extra ingredients and try to work out what they are. (you can google for any that you dont recognise)
In UK sausages often have things like maize starch or breadcumbs which they add to bulk up the meat and make them cheaper to produce. these non-meat additions are often referred to as 'fillers'.
