  • anyone crabby every afternoon/evening?

    I think I've read that you can be grumpy/crabby but I am this way every day so far (9 days) from about 3 p.m. on. I don't know if it is because I usually look forward to my 5 large chocolate chip cookies every night with tv or because of induction. Now I don't even look forward to my tv. I know this sounds sad. I almost decide to just go to bed at 9 p.m. so that I don't have to feel this way.
    Will this go away? and when?

    You are addicted to your cookies and now you have to give them up. Why not try a nice big cup of tea or some other legal food to eat when you normally had your cookies. I am sure it will take a little more time to adjust, but hang in there. It gets better. Also why not try going for a walk after dinner, or reading a book, or something totally different from what your old routine was.

      From one cookie addict to another trust me, I also had my big plate of 5 cookies almost nightly and I really miss them too

        it will pass!!

        Im always crabby naturally, heh... but... it gets worse over those first days on induction... it will pass and you'll have more energy than ever!!
