Okay, I cheated a little (my birthday was last weekend). So, I have this question: if you cheat a little while on induction, do you have to start the two weeks all over again? Please advise. Thanks.

Re: Questions about cheating???
As long as you have got straight back on-plan and are eating induction again then, No you dont restart counting your 14 days of induciton.
Depending on what you allowed yourself to eat that was not 'legal' you might find you experience cravings or weightgain, so be prepared to withstand any cravings you might get.
When you weigh yourself after your 14 days to see what kind of metabolic resistance you have to weightloss (according to the chart in DANDR) your results will probably be a little 'skewed' and may give you a different 'result' to what might have shown with a completely 'clean' induction, but you cant redo your 14 days from scratch.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Re: Questions about cheating???
Elizellen: thank you for responding to my question. I got straight back onto the plan right away, and did not have a problem getting into ketosis again as evidenced by my keto-breath. I am glad I do not have to restart induction, so what you have told me is good news in a way. My cravings did return though! Your prediction was right on re: cravings. I am amazed! I understand that I will probably lose the weight more slowly as a result of my cheat, but I am generally okay with that. I also have the candida problem, so that will probably skew my results further until I can get it under control.
You look great, BTW. Results like yours that keep me inspired!Just wanna lose a few lbs
