  • Alternatives to Crystal Light

So, Crystal Light and the WalMart equivalent contain aspatarme. Are there any other flavored drinks that are similar, but are made with Splenda instead? Just curious so I can get a little variety to water.

    Thanks.

    Hi forgop,
I don't know where you live or if you have Stop & Shop supermarkets near you...but I know that they carry one. I can't remember the brand name though. I will check for you when I go grocery shopping tomorrow if you want though.

Around here the crystal light that comes premade in bottles have splenda, while the powder form has aspartame. Were you looking at the bottles or the powdered stuff?

I was hoping to get the powered stuff. Much cheaper that way.

Walmart sells a brand called 4C Totally Light 2 Go that is the individual packets. But they also have the little 2 quart tubs too. They are made with Splenda.

Yeah, I like them better than the crystal light. The fruit punch is good and I particularly like the cranberry pomegranate....especially with a little vodka on the alcohol rung !!!

I found fruit 2o to be a good alternative. It is a flavored water made by Kraft foods and is made with splenda. I really like the peach flavor.

I dont know of any powdered ones other than the one mention here but I have been getting the Nestle "Pure Life" water. Its premade but I found 32 bottles for $11 at Superstore in Canada, Im sure Walmart would carry it too for a good price. I limit myself to two a day/max so they last. Just a sip here and there helps. Good luck!
