Tofu

Is it okay to have Tofu on induction? I saw a recipe somewhere on here where they made a smoothie with tofu, heavy cream flavored sf syrup. Just wondering cause I am soooo tired of eggs and looking for something different. I think it would be nice to have this blended with some ice for the hot days of summer after the gym for breakfast. Just wondering.
