What if I reach my weight-loss goal before end of induction?

I am curious as to what, if anything, I should do if I reach my goal before the 14 day induction is over. I started at 128 lbs. and am already to 118 lbs. at 6 days. It seems like I might reach my goal of 114 lbs. before the 14 days is up. I do not want to lose any more than that as it would be unhealthy.

So...when you have reached your goal what do I do to make sure it doesn't all come back? Sorry, I am so new at this and have no clue.

Well done on the 10 lb loss. I lost 8 lbs in the first week of induction and then it slowed right down in the second week (1.2lbs). I read the weightloss is not linear sticky and found out that this is completely normal and not to give up. It may work in a similar way for you. As I understand it a lot of the weight that comes off at first is retained fluids which could account for your high numbers.
I would suggest that you carry on with induction and see what week 2 brings, but I'm new myself so as I say this is only what I would do if it were me. This will give your body a bit of time to adjust ot your new WOE.
    Hope this helps.

To keep the weight off, you move through the remaining Weight Loss Phases. Then onto Maintenance Phase.

        Megs is right.
After your 14 days on induction you need to start moving up the carbohydrate ladder as described in the Chapter in DANDR on OWL.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
