I found this board on day four when I was feeling like crap. I have found that reading the post has been a great source of inspiration.
Today I had a team building activity for work, that included hiking and going to a cooking school (of all places). Unfortunetly, the menus we prepared were carb rich. I was to embarrassed not to eat because I did not want everyone knowing I was on a diet. So I ate two enchiladas, a few chip w/ guacamole, and maybe 1/4 cup of beans.
My question is can exercise help burn off those carbs? If so, will I stay in lipolysis? I came home and exercised for over an hour. According to the treadmill I burned 700 calories.
So far I have lost 7lbs and need to loose 70lbs.
