Hello Everyone,
Today was day three for me and I slipped up a little. I was giving my daughter some skittles and before I knew it I had popped some in my mouth. I wasn't even thinking! Also I was making a pasta dish for my family and when I thought the rotini was done, I ate a piece to make sure it was tender. I am so used to doing it, that once again I wasn't even thinking. My first two days went very well and I only had 16 carbs both days. I know that it is very important that you follow the rules of induction, so I want to know if 5-6 skittles and one piece of pasta is enough to erase the progress that I have already made? Using fitday I estimated that my total carb count for today including the candy (but not the pasta) was exactly 20, so for dinner I didn't have any veggies only meat.
