  • How do you count splenda sweetened beverages....?

Diet Rite Soda is what I have in mind. No cals, no carbs, no caffeine - nothing illegal that I can see, except that it's not water, which I understand is the preference, and will be mine. I only ask for the occasional situation when there is nothing else legal to eat and I'm hungry and want to hold myself off for a time - at parties and such. I planned to carry one around with me at all times.

But because there is sweetener in it, I want to count it. What do you figure for a can of artificially sweetened soda? And - practically speaking - do you consider it part of your 3 artificial sweetener packets a day, or what?

Moreover, how are people keeping track of their carbs? I use fitday, but I find it quite tedious.

once fitday gets used to you and your usual foods are in there its really quite good!

Just count it as one of your sweeteners for the day.

So - one can = one of the 3 sweeteners.

      Thanks!

Depends on the serving size listed on the can - If I recall a 'serving' of a drink is usually listed as being 8 fluid ounces, and many cans are 12 fluid ounces, so if that is the size of your cans then one can = 1.5 servings.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
