    Wow sounds yummy!!
I think so as long as you count the carbs its ok and considered a fat.
Maybe someone else can jump in and verify or argue?
I had sour cream and I am in induction.

Speaking of pork rinds I needs to go get me some!!! YUMM I have been craving chips and those will do the trick

      Re: Induction legal?

Sour cream is fine in moderation as it appears as a 'garnish' on the allowed foods list as well as in the 'special category' list
      Special Category Foods
To add variety, each day you can also eat ten to twenty olives, half a small avocado, one ounce of sour cream or three ounces of unsweetened heavy cream, as well as two to three tablespoons of lemon juice or lime juice. But be aware that these foods occasionally slow down weight loss in some people, and may need to be avoided in the first two weeks. If you seem to be losing slowly, moderate your intake of these foods.
I guess your 2 tablespoons are about one ounce so within the limit stated as long as you are not having one of the other options as well!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
