omg i went to super walmart last night and found sugarfree bacon and sugar free hotdogs walmart is great lol just thought id let everyone know! so far ive lost 5 pounds on my 4thday of introduction, ive failed so many time becuse i really felt that anywhere i went if i was out it was hard to eat atkins way but now im so much more experiencd in what to eat everywhere and anywhere for subsitutes that i feel this time will be success because im tired of being fat!!!

I got some nitrite/sugar free hot dogs there last week, hubby had a fit LOL because they were about 3.5 times the price of the OM hot dogs we usually get. well not much of a fit he just said are we really going to get those? I said yep. he said ok. I went to a Kroger and bought a jicima but when I opened it it smelled like a potato something. I threw it away I may be the only person here that does not like those.
Congratz on your 4lb loss thats great. I think I might have to go back to induction to lose again. debating that.
