We all know what happens if you eat too many carbs on induction, but what happens if you eat too much fat? I mean fat in the way of creamcheese, cheese, butter or cream. I'm just curious, would it just slow down your weightloss or would you actually gain weight? The idea is that you're still eating all the veggies and meat you're supposed to, but eating too much cheese etc.

Re: carbs vs fat
If you're staying below 20g of carbs then it is very difficult to actually gain fat. Without sufficient insulin, fat storage pretty much shuts down. You may stall if you're eating a huge amount of fat/calories though.
But if you're eating all the veggies that Dr. Atkins intended for us to eat on induction and you're overdoing the cheese, you're probably eating more than 20g of carbs per day.
