    OK tomorow will make 2 weeks and I lost 6lbs. BUT 3 of the 14 days i felt like i was going to pass out. I had the shakes & the sweats. I ate peanut butter{ just a little spoon full}that I HATe more then anything but it was only thing I could find that did not have alot of carbs. So I added 3 more days to the 14 day phase. The Atkins shakes helped me out alot. Somtimes at the end of the day I would have like 5 carbs left to make my 20 so I put a shake in the freezer.

      I had the shakes and sweats for the first 3 days too. By the fourth day I was feeling better. It was HARD to get through it, luckily my mom is a pro at this diet and has been doing it for months so she got me through it (she's already at her ideal weight..she's 5'8 and 135lbs....I'm 5'9 and 155, I'd like to be 140 or so).....but anyway, good for you for sticking with it!

          The shakes stall most people and no one in here will recommend them to you.

          They are just a money making scheme.

            Congratulations on the 6lbs.. What 3 of those days did you feel like you were going to pass out? Instead of grabbing Peanut Butter.. How about grabbing some kind of fatty meat...

            The shakes are not recommended.. Pure food is what is... You can do this..

              I meant shakes as in body shakes.......like my hands were trembly, not the actual shakes that you drink.

                I did not know that abou the drink shakes, but like I said I just drink them at the end of the day as a snack. Do you think that is OK?
