OK tomorow will make 2 weeks and I lost 6lbs. BUT 3 of the 14 days i felt like i was going to pass out. I had the shakes & the sweats. I ate peanut butter{ just a little spoon full}that I HATe more then anything but it was only thing I could find that did not have alot of carbs. So I added 3 more days to the 14 day phase. The Atkins shakes helped me out alot. Somtimes at the end of the day I would have like 5 carbs left to make my 20 so I put a shake in the freezer.
