Hi I was wondering if you have any suggestions for some great vitamins. Do they make some for low carb followers? I wonder if GNC would carry some?

Dr. Atkins recommended his "BASIC 3" vitamin formula for people on this diet. I don't think Atkins Nutritionals makes the vitamins anymore. But if you look in the vitamin chapter of DANDR 2002, Dr. Atkins includes a chart that lists exactly what BASIC 3 contained.
