    Is regular Cream Cheese induction friendly?

    Yes. Just be cautious because some of the off brand cream cheese has illegal ingredients, but regular full fat Philadelphia cream cheese is perfectly OK.

      YES YES YES! If I didnt have cream cheese, I would have jumped into the carb bucket a long time ago. It has saved me many a time!

        Just be sure to count the carbs, and deduct the use from your daily 3 - 4 oz allotment.
