I am on my 8thday induction and I believe I have been doing this all wrong.....Although I have been losing weight! I was reading a post and it was about net carbs, I am now confused. What do we count total carbs or net carbs? And how many are we suppose to have? I read the book and I did not see anything about nt carbs.......s-180
