    I am staring my intro again. Does anyone have journal/menu/diaries to share with me? I would to get some ideas before planning my week.

    Also, what is the protein, fat and carb ratio that we follow during induction?

    Hi rmedina... welcome back!

    The advised percentages are: 65% fats, 30% protein and 5% carbs. These are just a guide though and you don't want to get too hung up over them. If you eat right and feed only your hunger, they will prob fall naturally pretty close to those percentages.
