  • Scrambled eggs at breakfast buffet

Does anyone know if the scrambled eggs served at breakfast buffets is OK to eat. I was told they buy it in cartons pre-made and then cook the eggs. I cannot find anything on line about the carbohydrate content of scrambled egg mix.
    Thanks

If you ask the serving staff they should be able to find the packet it comes in and tell you about the nutrition information so you can check the ingredients.

I read on these boards that Ihop uses pancake batter which would not be induction-legal, and have been told by the cooks in Little Chef restaurants in UK that they do the same.

Try asking the staff if it is possible to have some whole eggs scrambled in butter specially for you or choose poached, fried or boiled eggs instead to be certain of no additives.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

for ex. i know mc d's has 1 carb in there scrambled eggs and 2 carb per folded egg...it's on their website...
i can't imagine them being that bad because most places their eggs tend to taste rubbery...if ya know what i mean.
if you know where you are going see if there is nutriental menu on-line.
So....I fell off the band wagon...BUT I'M BACK!!! More Ready than ever!
