And I feel so horribe. No headache or anything....and I don't feel less engergy then usuall (I don't have much energy to begin with since I was a carb0holic)........ but my stomach feels horrible. I took my supplements and so far have had about 40 oz. of water. But i feel really sick, like I could vomit at any moment. Also I suddenly got hit with diarreah about an hour ago. This is horribe but i'm really going to try to stick with it. So far today I had 3 eggs scrambled with sausage, cheese, and butter for breakfast, and four hot wings dipped in bleu cheese for lunch. I didn't even feel like eating the hot wings but I choked them down because I know you should eat every few hours. I haven't had any veggies yet because the grocery store didn't get in their weekend shipment so they were litterly out of all salad veggies, but I go to work in a few hours so I can have a salad there. I hope that helps. And I really hope that I start feeling better!!!!!

Re: Half way through day one....
I was the same way. For me it lasted longer than most (2 long weeks). Blah!!!
It does get better. Stick with it. It could also be the vitamins...esp. since it is just day 1 for you. Make sure you take them with food. Good luck

Yes, hang in there. Most everyone gets that "Induction Flu" where you feel like carp for a couple days, but on day 14 when you weigh, it will be worth it! So just keep your head up! Personally I had a strong wave of nausea myself today, and I'm on day 22, then all of a sudden I realized it was noon and I didn't have breakfast OR lunch yet! My appetite is pretty much gone so I have to remember to eat. I ate chicken and I'm all good now. Be strong! And welcome.
