I had a burger at work tonight (without he bun of course) and it came with a thousand island style dressing on the side...so I dipped the burger in it because for some reason I thought it was low in carbs. Well a few hours later I looked at the facts from my thousand island bottle at home and realized it has 6 carbs and sugar in it!! I'm soo mad that this happend because I was SOOOOO good all day!! Will you guys look at my menu and see if you think the six carb dressing totally killed all my carefull eating today?? TIA.
breakfast:
3 eggs scrambled with butter and cheese with ground sausage ( no carbs or sugar in the sausage.
Lunch:
four hot wings and bleu cheese dressing ( i think 3 carbs all together)
Snack:
One celery stick with cream cheese
Dinner:
Small salad with one slice of tomato and one slice of cucumber, oil and vinegar dressing.
Double hamburger with one slice cheese, some shredded lettuce, and the horribe carb full thousand island dressing
Late night meal:
8 oz of shrimp boiled and dipped in butter.
