im starting the induction on monday i know i can eat meat and eggs but what else can i have , if i count milk in the 20 grams of carbs is it ok to have it in my tea

In case you dont have a copy of DANDR handy to check up on the list of allowed foods for induction here is a link to a wallet-sized list you can save to your computer and print out to have with you when you buy, prepare, order and eat food.

You will see that we are supposed to eat lots of veggies as well as meat and eggs!!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
