    nope its not!

    you need veggies!! its dangerous to do this WOE without veggies! it will NOT i repeat, NOT make you lose weight quicker, if anything it will be slower.

      though these threads will give you the bare bones of induction they do not explain the theory behind Atkins - for that you do need to read the 'manual' !
      We follow the rules from Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution aka DANDR the 2002 edition and you should be able to buy a copy in most secondhand bookshops or thrift shops (charity shops in UK) if you cant find one new in your local bookshops.

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
