do you guys know of a vitamin supplement that i can get at like GNC that doesnt' have iron in it..and why does it have to not have iron in it?

Too much iron can be harmful and on Atkins we generally get plenty of iron through our normal food intake.
I use Centrum Silver which you can find just about anywhere.Grant

I just got a really nice one at GNC. Women's Ultra Mega Bone Density without iron and iodine
