Sure! I use mine all the time. It's great for chicken and pork particularly. It's really good for grilling veggies too!Higgies

I had one too. Not liking my meat with a lot of fat or swimming in fat, I thought it was great. We grill out mostly and I got tired of having to clean off the GF, so I sold it in a yard sale.
You can get your fat from a number of places in this way of eating, but you can afford to enjoy meat the way you like it.

I sold mine to it cooked my meat to dry for me and I didnt like cleaning it
