  • Day 1 No Looking Back

    Well Today was my 1st day. I had 2 grilled Chicken Breasts for lunch and a grilled Chicken Breast for Dinner with a whole cucumber cut up with a little bit of Balsonic Vinegar Dressing. Is this OK because if it is I could probably eat that for the next 14 days haha. I am looking forward to a new life and I want to do it the right way. Thanks

    It is fine except for the balsamic vinegar which is the one vinegar Dr Atkins told us to avoid because of the sugar in it.

    Make sure you stick to the max 3 cups of vegetables, and try to spread them out throughout the day instead of having all your veggies in one 'hit' to spread out any blood sugar spikes they might cause.
