    Day 9..feeling fine

Today is day 9 for me. I weighed myself last night, because I was feeling a little discouraged that things weren't working, but I lost 5 pounds and it feels so great! Still walkin the treadmill 30 minutes a day and trying to drink more water. Thanks for the support thusfar!

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
