    It's Tradewinds diet sweet tea.

    No calories, no carbs, no sugars.

    Here are the ingredients...

    filtered water, tea leaves, caramel(for appearance), sucralose, citric acid, asesulfame potassium(sunnet)

    i didnt see any problems drinking this for induction. but wanted input first!

    So long as...

    a) By caramel it means "caramel coloring" rather than actual caramel
    b) You count each serving as one of your daily sweetners

    it looks fine. Just remember that if your weight loss slows down markedly, you may want to reconsider drinking it. I'm assuming, as it's tea it will have caffeine, but if it doesn't affect you...enjoy!

      And the tea doesnt 'count' for your water minimum!
      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
