    For Breakfast I had a grilled chicken breast with 2 slices of chedder cheese. For For Lunch I am Having a Grilled Chicken breast with celery. and for dinner Bob Evans Sausage w/ 2 Slices of cheddar cheese and a cucumber w/ salt & Pepper. For a total of
    1524 Calories
    75 Fat
    17 Carb
    184 Protein.

    Does this sound OK? I just want to make sure I am doing the right thing. Thanks in Advance
