I am starting today! I am so excited. So I was wondering what the veggie, water and cheese intake amount is per day? I just signed up to fitday and enterd in all my infor and what I had for breakfast, I love fitday, I think it will be motivating to be able to track your progress.

Hi and welcome! Have you got the Atkins book? It gives all the guidelines and allowances for each product.
