  • First day...

    I am starting today! I am so excited. So I was wondering what the veggie, water and cheese intake amount is per day? I just signed up to fitday and enterd in all my infor and what I had for breakfast, I love fitday, I think it will be motivating to be able to track your progress.

    Hi and welcome! Have you got the Atkins book? It gives all the guidelines and allowances for each product.

    There are great threads in this board too that gives faqs and tips on how to get started, just to get you going!

      Reading DANDR 2002 is really helpful. You can find acceptable induction food lists under the induction forum. Great to have you here!
