    Re: egg recipe question...

I know that you can buy microwavable omelette pans...?

I boil my omelettes in reclosable sandwich baggies. I smush around a pat of butter inside a ziploc bag, crack my eggs into the bag, add seasonings (and veggies, etc.), mush it together, close the bag, and drop into a pot of boiling water. It's done in 15 minutes with no work from me, and it's the lightest, fluffiest omelette you'll ever eat! I wait until the egg is on my plate to put the cheese on. I've tried adding it into the bag, but I don't like the way it cooks if I do that.

I love the boil in the bag omelettes too! Yummy!

However, to answer your question, all you have to do it break the egg in the bowl, whisk, add veggies, meat, cheese, whatever and cook on high for a couple minutes. Easy-peasy!

        Re: egg recipe question...

I usually cook my scrambled eggs in the microwave on half power for only a minute at a time, whisking between to avoid overcooking. I dont like it too stiff and remove it from the microwave when it is still a little runny.
