Do you guys think it's okay to eat gyro meat during induction or any other time?

    Re: Gyro Meat

As long as it is just meat then it should be fine, as it should be slices of spiced meat pressed into shape and roasted.

If it is at a restaurant/fast food outlet you might try asking the vendor if you can have sight of the nutrition info and list of ingredients to check for added sugars or fillers.

In UK it is more likely to be made of ground meat instead of sliced meat, so is more likely to have fillers like starchess added.

I dont think I have seen any kebab shops in UK which arent using the ground meat version which can be much less Atkins-friendly
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
