I do not have the book yet, but please feel free to post where i should be reading in the book as I should have it in just a couple days, I bought it off ebay.
These questions are being asked for me and my husband (stats below)
My first question is the reduced card bread. The 5 net carbs?
Is this ok during induction. I know you are allowed 20, but is this ok.?
Also I was told by my sister that did have really great success in her first two weeks on the diet - that she could eat as much green veggies as she wanted. I noticed they do have carbs, should i count that as part of my 20?
Also - on items where i was able to cut carbs OR go to zero carbs and also cut fat. is that ok.. Like miracle whip, etc?
I am wanting to quit smoking, but I always gain weight quickly after i quit. So my next question goes along those lines. I want to lose 20 lbs approximately. When I drop that, i am going to quit smoking, can i redo the induction part anytime I want? I expect to gain some after quitting, but not gain 30 lbs in a mth like has happened in the past. I dont have a real major problem quitting till i no longer can fit in my pants, then its just depressing. We are HOPING to remain reduced carb forever and I have tried so many things in the past that I just pray this helps me lose and keep it off while i try to quit or atleast HELP OUT on the weight gain. Anyone have any experience with this??? Thank you
Thanks a Million!!
