End of day 14: 10.1 pounds lost!

Hello everyone,

Today is the end of day 14 for me, and I like what I'm seeing! I already lost 10.1 pounds! 50 to go!

Great job done
Have you decided to move on to OWL now or stay a while on induction?

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

hello, i think i'm going to go on with induction until i lose 15 pounds, then switch to OWL.
