ok so im on my final day of induction. before i started i weighed at 137. i weighed myself after my first week of induction was over and it said 131. then i weighed myself a few times after that and it kept going up and down once it was 133 then dropped back to 131. i weighed myself today for my final day of induction and it says 132! whats going on!? is it from water? i am drinking alot of water and maybe if i cut back the water my weight wont flucuiate as much! i do look and feel lighter but whats the deal! this is really getting to me! help!

Cutting back on water will make you RETAIN water.
Weight fluctuates weekly, hourly, and DAILY--that's why it's suggested that you wait until your 14 days are over to weigh. If you hadn't checked the scale early, and just weighed today to see 132, you'd be happy right? But because you saw 131 for a short time, you feel disappointed? Don't be! 5 pounds is a great loss. During induction, it's estimated that you should lose 5-10% of the total weight you'd like to lose.
What are your stats? Starting weight, gender, age, etc. Even though it's hard to predict weightloss, this will help us see if you're "on track" for your 5-10%.

i usually eat hard boiled eggs for breakfast. 3 cups of salad to count for my 20 net carbs and add a sprinkle of cheese and some ranch. i eat barbequed chicken, beef, and fish for my meats. i snack on string cheese. i was thinkin maybe i use too much ranch and cheese for my salad, cuz sometimes i like to eat ranch with my beef and chicken as well. i drink ALOT of water and thats all i drink. im 5'3'' and before i started atkins i weighed 137. i want to be around 105. what do you think about my food intake? are there areas i should improve on or add more to? oh yeah im a female and im 21 years of age.

Without seeing your quantities it is impossible for anyone to see if you are using too much of anything.
Why not list your menu including quantities in the 'Review my Menu' forum where more members are likely to spot it and respond with suggestions.
As Julie said, we do need to know a little about you to be able to help. To avoid having to write this in eveery post you make you can add some stats like gender, height, start/current/goal weight to your signature so they appear automatically on all your posts.
To do this choose the 'User CP' link at the top of the page and select 'Edit Signature' and add this info then save it.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
