so i had two questions. i am following atkins to a t but someone said something about water retention due to too much sodium. so my first question is,
1.) how much sodium is too much sodium? how many mg is good for a day?
2.)also, if a product such as certain meats, say on the ingredients that it has sugar but the sugar says 0mg and the carbs are for instance 1g....is that okay to eat???
