okay, i really want to do this induction right so i have a question. i am getting my wisdom teeth (all 4) pulled next week and i am going to be majorly drugged for the days following after so i know that i am not going to be able to eat much. I am going to try and suck down some eggs and maybe some really mayonnaisy tuna if i can make it mushy enough but will the lack of calories during that 3 or 4 days hurt my induction or slow my metabolism? if so, any ideas as to what i can do? i guess i can suck down some cream cheese too but i am really worried about keeping my percentages of fat and protein right during this...and i won't be able to get many veggies cause i am in the military and can't get more than like eggs, chicken broth, cream cheese, butter..stuff like that at the store during this time... any suggestions?

I only just noticed your post, so am a bit late in responding, but hopefully in time to help a bit.
Can you get tinned veggies even if you cant get fresh? Do you have access to a food processor? If so you could make meat/veg soup by wizzing up meat and veg together and making soup of it. Even without a processor you could cut it up finely I imagine.
With the addition of some cream cheese and/or eggs you could get enough calories in to you to avoid starvation mode.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

hmmm..well i do have a blender..and i never thought of buying canned vegatables..i could definetely do that! but i REALLY like the cream cheese and egg idea. i might do that. I love making those mock danishes even without the splenda so that would work if i made an extra mushy one
