Does anyone know what if any carbs are in these? I suspect they use the fakies at the cafe at my work...

I don't know for sure as it probly depends on what they use. The powder we use, because of egg allergy, is organic and has less than 1 per egg/serving.
Hopefully someone else will come along with more input, but maybe this will help.147/140/134 (?)

I would suggest asking the staff for a peek at the packet. If you tell them you suspect you have some allergies and want to be certain it wont give you problems I am sure they will be co-operative.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
