    10lb off!

    Yesterday was the last day of my induction period, weighed myself this morning and I have lost 10lb so it's off to OWL for me

    Thank you all so much for the support during my induction, see you on the next rung

        Thank you so much, these weekly weigh ins are a fabulous boost aren't they?! My clothes are looser, it's fantastic and I put my present success down to this forum it's the best incentive ever

              This pic was in 2005, I weighed 372.

              This was taken October 2007, I weigh 375.

              I was on atkins last year in the early fall and lost about 30 pounds. I obviously gained it back...but I know this is the right diet for me as it works very good. So I am back!
