So- I'm working on day 5--- doing very well--- I think, lol--- seeing some changes. But I have one last addiction, and that is to Orbit Citrusmint Gum. According to the packaging it has 1g of carb from sugar alcohol. Their website lists the ingredients as "sorbitol, gum base, glycerol, natural and artificial flavors, xylitol, mannitol, malic acid, aspartame, citric acid, acesulfame K, sucralose, fumaric acid, BHT (to maintain freshness), color added, Red- 40 Lake"
I see a lot of artificial sugar in it... and the dreaded aspartame- do I ditch the gum?
